A tool to participate remotely in usability test sessions

Observers who are not present in the usability lab can watch the whole test with all relevant signals remotely from any location via the network with our Audience software tool. They can even communicate with the people in the lab with an integrated video and audio chat program.
All important signals of the lab are streamed to the remote location.

The screen shot below shows an example of the screen at the remote location. The observer can see the monitor signal of the test computer, the video signal of the test participant (and/or any other video signal of the lab), hear the audio signal of the lab and can video/audio chat with the supervisors in the usability lab.
